My Sim Family's Modern

So people have been asking me about my new sim family... well you can check them out at Simertainment, along with people asking about my new family, some have asked about their home... well here it is!
It says it has uploaded but I am waiting for it to show up at my studio... So I will update with the link later.
I saved a copy before I added the basement (for the 3rd original member of the family) and the things my family has added since building the basics. I will warn you landscaping is not completely finished. My sim family has added a garden and trampoline, so it is coming along as they go. It is very bright and colorful and colors are based on the sims that live here. These particular sims happen to be my 2 RL best friends simselves with my simself, so these are very much towards my personal tastes (well as far as a modern would go!)

New blog

If anyone is interested I recently made a photo blog for all these in game pictures I get. Here's the link if you want to take a look: Simertainment . have been in a bit of a creative slump.

I made a house for the family I am playing, however it is not finished. I was so wanting to play so I just moved them on in and have been working on it as I go and get ideas for it. It is very different from my normal stuff... used my HELS expansion for majority of it. It is very bright and fun. It's also very based around the characters I am playing so it is customized for them. That may be popping up here soon. Still have yet to decide on all the landscaping but most of the home itself is done. Will post it when I upload :) Happy Simming everyone!

Simmy Drama

Well good news my new video card is in the mail and I have a new monitor on the way as well. should be back up and running in 3-5 days.
Other news well.. I am sorry to hear about the ban hammer coming down on so many great people. At this point I don't know that I want to be involved with the forums or well any other sims3 sites at this time. I really don't want to be involved with all the drama, especially because of the incident in Oct. I put my neck out there and only got hurt. I wont do it again. I will continue to post my creations here and my updates on my blog. But I really am in the head space that I don't want to be any part of any drama. It is a game, and people have beef with each other all over the place. I have enough drama in RL who needs more online?
I have my blueprint and color schemes ready for my next build, just in waiting right now. Happy simming everyone, hope all is well with everyone!

New thoughts come to mind...

So I am playing around with 2 of my RL friends simselfs, and mine as well. Has been fun.. my next creation is going to take a little work though. I have decided to give a shot at making a music video before I start my next build. So a new build is on the back burner for the moment. I have my blueprints and everything ready for it when I get to it. I just want to try something new. As I always am! This is for my entertainment, and for my friends to be entertained with as well. So I have been trying to help JLSimberry with her house building, I had her move sims in while she was working. As it is so much easier to be able to save after each room in case of a crash. Plus when using tools like Moveobjects you can make sure your sim can actually get through areas. In this process she was not just building but playing them as well. And well... this is her experiences while building her home.. I found both too funny!
